We are a husband-and-wife team who have worked in property for many years. Starting in a council house with our new-born baby to then owning it as our very first property, we added value and sold it. Giving us the enthusiasm to purchase another property to renovate, moving 4 times in 4 years with 2 small children was not an easy task by any means! But we had a vision, a goal and got the bug for property investing.
This led to managing our Buy to lets ourselves. A few more years down the line and we own and run a successful Lettings Agency which we love and sharing our knowledge with investors is awesome.
With a seven-figure portfolio of our own and a successful business under our belt we are eager to enter the short-term rentals and Holiday market with a bang!

My background Is sales & building, coming from a career in sales has helped us drive the business forward. With an extensive knowledge of the building industry I manage all the trades during renovation projects and maintenance tasks. I am extremely focused on our dream to live in Spain have always had the go get it attitude in life.
My background is care and I have an eye for detail. I love people and this helps with the day to day running of our Lettings Agency where we deal with tenants, investors & landlords. I love to get involved with the interior design aspects of the rentals and take care of the administration in the background.
