You can rest easy knowing your property is in good hands and will be maintained to the highest standard.
You can Let your property to us from 1 to 5 years.
This means we will sometimes improve the property to meet our guests demands. We will maintain your property during the contract period
T&C’s apply Often we will hand back your property in a better condition due to high standard and cleanliness / maintenance for the duration of the contract.
There will be no management fee, maintenance fees, agency commission or voids as we will be your tenant.
We can Manage your property for you for 20% NoVAT
For this we will-
at an additional cost we can even dress the property ready for your first guests. i.e organise beds, wardrobes, sofas, soft furnishings etc
